Privacy Policy

What this site collects
Very little. This website has no contact forms, no accounts, no newsletter signup and no advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they use, and the map on our Locations page loads from Google. Both are described below.
Booking
Every “Book Now” button sends you to Booker, a separate service at go.booker.com. Anything you enter there – your name, contact details, and appointment history – is held by Booker under their privacy policy, and by us as your service provider.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies and sends Google information such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We don’t use it to identify you or for advertising. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Maps
Our Locations page embeds a Google map for each studio. Loading that map contacts Google, which can see your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy rather than ours.
Social links
Our Instagram and Facebook links open those sites directly. We do not embed their tracking pixels here, so they learn nothing about your visit unless you follow a link.
Your records at the salon
Records we hold from your visits – consultation notes, contact details, appointment history – are covered by Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call either location and we will handle it.
